A tribute to beautiful Buenos Aires and its vibrant European roots

A modern brasserie from Buenos Aires offering influences of traditional Italian-Spanish cuisine in a relaxed, fine-dining setting.

The story here needed some elevation, some clarity, some history. We were commissioned to rewrite it to better suit the elegance of the Michelin-noticed brand.

Sucre Dubai’s Brand Story

Born and grown in Argentina's eclectic city of Buenos Aires in 2001, Sucre Brasserie’s mission has been to introduce the world to the cherished versatility of Argentinian-meet-European cuisine. A country as culturally bustling and elegant as the heart of Latin America has forever drawn newcomers who quickly call it home. Their imprint and influence can still be seen and felt to this day.

For chef Fernando Trocca, the creative mind behind the Michelin-listed blender of old and new, the sophistication and artistic spirit of Buenos Aires along with his Italian-Spanish roots had to be encapsulated in the craft he most intimately knows, food.

Cooked over an open fire like traditions in Argentinian cuisine decree, the refined yet inclusive menu boasts seasonal ingredients that make one’s visit to Sucre Brasserie freshly versatile from one time to another. The extensive drinks collection carries within it a deep focus on Argentina’s love for wine, creating the perfect other half to every dish.

With its Dubai home being the golden destination of DIFC, Sucre Brasserie’s synonymous hanging chandeliers of recycled vintage liquor glass bottles elegantly heighten the beauty of the interior. Trocca's warm and friendly venues can seem extravagant in their offerings but are truly simple in their intentions. All are welcome, all are family.
